SMOOTH+SUBTLE medium dry perry (the orange label): Delicate, refined, smooth and subtle, with a distinctive acidic twang. It’s made with a blend of perry pears gathered from some truly magnificent trees around the county. Some have compared it to drinking prosecco.

Nose sl sweet, apples. Palate sl acidic, sl polythene. Afterpalate good acidity . Summ perry but lacks ester maybe brewed that way.
