Together with EDIT Brewing, we brewed this 6% European pale ale. A bitter pale ale with only European hops. Bitter, complex, but without losing sight of drinkability. A simple malt base consisting of only pilsner malt supports the layered hop aroma. Three different bitter hops (Saaz, Magnum, Golding) were used to create a spicy, noble, but mostly clean bitterness. In the whirlpool and as dry hopping, Mandarina Bavaria, Hallertau Blanc and Callista were still chosen. - Samen met EDIT Brewing brouwden we deze Europese pale ale van 6%. Een bittere pale ale met enkel Europese hoppen. Bitter, complex, maar zonder de drinkability uit het oog te verliezen. Een simpele moutbasis bestaande uit enkel pilsmout ondersteunt het gelaagd hoparoma. Drie verschillende bitterhoppen (Saaz, Magnum, Golding) werden gebruikt om een kruidige, nobele, maar vooral cleane bitterheid te creëren. In de whirlpool en als dryhopping werd er nog gekozen voor Mandarina Bavaria, Hallertau Blanc en Callista. Artwork by RÓcher Tat
