Aroma with tons of citrus peel, some cocktail sour notes, and some wild yeast. Flavour is very sharp, with lots of citrus, plenty of acidity, and cocktail sourness. Rather sharp and citric. It's alright.

Una tremenda sour... Con 5 meses de "vencimiento" está increíble. Aroma dulce y floral del pisco y un toque ahumado de la barrica... Además, con un sabor a limón marcado. No le hizo daño el pasar del tiempo. Cómo no amar granizo? ❤️
