Deeply appley, better balanced than last time. Clean, sharp, a little tart, a little "apple skin-bitter". Barely any sweetness despite being labelled as a "medium-dry". So refreshing. Very tasty indeed. I'm not a massive cider fan but I do love a nice one

I'm eating sweets (candy) (American Hard Gums. Is that even a thing in the USA?)as well as drinking this which makes the cider taste more acetic/sour. I don't mind that! It washes away quite quickly. Plenty of apple flavour. Not much sweetness. Good.
