Most prominent palate notes are cinnamon (of course, LOL) and barrel toast. Coffee has turned into a bit of green pepper after 6 years, but it is mild in relation to the spice. Maple vanilla pastry undercurrent. Aged well, all things considered.

Dark chocolate coffee w maple! Mouthfeel is classically BL silky smooth! Finish is spot on w more maple, some vanilla & a kiss of cinnamon, bourbon notes are here but not overly done just enough of the heat! This has held up nicely, great stout!!
