Inspired by the historic XX Bitter which was brewed with Rodenbach yeast back in the days, this beer was brewed with our houseculture. Brewed with german aroma hops Saphir, Perle and Hersbrucket Spät. Also contains 20% farmgrown oats.

Hmmmm... anfangs bei Kälte mächtig bitter, später Heu/Gras, leichte Saison-Noten - immer noch eingepackt in Bitterkeit, danach öffnet sich das Bier leicht in Richtung Saison mit fruchtigen Hefen... und Bitterkeit 😉 - 3.6? Danke Martin D.
