Beautiful deep ruby coloured sour beer bursting with juicy beetroot, quince sourness and sea salt minerality. This mindblowingly beautiful beer tastes as good as it looks. The beets offer a juicy and fruity character balanced by the astringency and sour punch of the quince, finally the sea salt minerality ties the flavours all together.
