At the point where one year ends and another begins, we met with friends in St. Petersburg from the neighbouring Belarus Midnight Project to brew up an imperial stout under a wild New Year’s Eve. It’s 30% density layers into a chocolaty and creamy sweetness thanks to our special combo of malt base and special yeast. And its twelve-degree proof will make your body move like the laws of physics are just one more thing heading out of fashion.
