Inspired from the recent wave of pale ales, Dizzy uses Amarillo and Cascade hops from the USA combined with Tipple malt to make Dizzy refreshing and light. Fresh, bright and full of zest, this straw coloured ale, with its' distinctive sharp character and a herbal or perfume like aroma, is inspired by the 1940's Memphis Belle style which was so iconic of the era. Paying homage to the American ‘nose art’ of WW2 aircraft, Dizzy acts as a reminder of home; much like the British pub. This light refreshing beer has a clean zesty hop dominated palate complemented by a crisp dry finish. 3.8% on cask, 4.4% bottled
