There are many threads that bind our beers together. Different brewing methods. Different barrels, puncheons & foeders. Cuvée L&L is the perfect marriage of all those threads. A harmonious blend of 2-year-old coolship spontaneous beer & 3 year old wild beer. Blended & bottled in October 2019.

Blended and bottled in 2019 and Dr. X says it's time to open it. So I said 'okay' to the man with the exposed toxic guts. Quite bitter. Dry, fruity finish. Might have left it a little too long or my taste buds have changed drastically over the 5 years!
