RICH+MELLOW medium dry cider (the red label): A West Country cider, made with variety of sweet, bittersweet and bittersharp cider apples. It has a greater depth of flavour and complexity, characteristic of cider apples, but isn’t overpowered by tannins so it is well-rounded, smooth and drinkable.

Hazy deep tawny colour. Floral black tea and caramelised oranges on the nose. Smooth with grippy tannins and a weighty texture. Flavours of caramel oranges, toffee apple.

6.4. A different (and better) version to those I've checked in previously, this one much fuller of flavour, medium sweet.

Still apples (very subtle carbonation from the draft pour). Labelled as dry but heading very close to medium to my taste. Softly tart apples with light skin tannins, drizzled in caramel. Very faint citrus tinges, before a fleshy bittersweet apple finish.

Rich + Mellow - I agree. Soft fruity and full of caramel. Dangerously close to being too sweet. Drying late and easy to drink. Great to have in the line-up.
