Sisyfos is a Childs idea of cooking manifest as a beer. Basically adding all the good things at once. One might say it’s brewed with all the food pairing business already taken care of. Brewed with ice cream cheesecake culture, corn, wheat, cheese, yellow raisin jam, coconut, croissants and vanilla.

Aroma delivers a corn blow, full DMS. Sip though delivers hints of adjuncts. Cream vanilla, milk, cheese feel. Also a fruity grip. Dried fruits jam. Tastes actually nice. Sweet, candied. Low bodied, silky, mineral, crispy. Odd and refreshing. Interesting.

Denna öl från 2018 har jag försökt dricka 2 gånger tidigare, men varit tvungen att vaska, det är verkligen inte många öl som det händer med…. Men nu har den utvecklats och smakerna mognat… fortfarande en skum blandning, men den smakar inte längre spya….😄
