Wow! Never thought a 2018 Mexican Cake could be still that good, on nose a huge aroma of cocoa, vanilla and habanero. Dense and creamy with a thin brown head, on palate and explosion of flavours, complex and rich, cocoa, cinnamon, vanilla, spicy finish

Bottled 6/15/18. I have about 10 of these from various years cellared at the moment and it's about time to start cracking them open. Very sweet, all the Mexi cake ingredients still come through, particularly the chilis. Bitter cocoa after w/ chili heat
