Named after EP album of Dream Theater. The title track from which was originally slated to be released on the album Images and Words, but was instead released as an EP. This is our former Image and Words Grape ale infected with Breatannomyces and different bacteria and barrel aged in white oak wine barrels for 10 months. This is single barrel beer from barrel II. More acidic version with a hint of delicate funky fruits from Brettanomyces and wild yeast plus notes of wine and oak from a barrel.
