With yeast and hops in our trunks we teamed up outside Barcelona in Catalunya to brew this beer containing; an array or specialty malts, rye, moscovado sugar, hops and a hand full of Spanish cranberries (literally a hand full so don’t expect a fruit beer). Layered yet fresh, we sincerely hope that this beer will embody the passion, enthusiasm and hard work that went into making it. Salud!
