Wir bringen Mia nach Berlin. Leicht sauer und erfrischend fruchtig, haben wir diese Weisse nach Berliner Art für die Berlin Beerweek 2017 eingebraut. Fermentiert mit unserer Hauskultur aus unterschiedlichen Hefen (Saccharomyces, Brettanomyces) und Milchsäurebakterien. Ein Hoch auf unsere Mia! Batch 2020-01 with 3.5% ABV. Zutaten: Wasser, WEIZENmalz, GERSTENmalz, HAFER, Traubenzucker (Flaschengärung), Hopfen, Hefe Ingredients: water, WHEATmalt, BARLEYmalt, OATS, dextrose (bottle refermentation), hops, yeast Ingrediënten: water, TARWEmout, GERSTEmout, HAVER, dextrose (hergisting op fles), hop, gist

Refreshing, sour notes of lime and lemons. Doesn't feel thin-bodied at 4% at all. I'm enjoying this even more than I did in 2019. At almost 4 years past the best before date on the label this is so good that I almost regret opening it today. Almost. 😋

Gebraut für die Berlin Beer Week 2017! Recht leicht, dezente Säure, fruchtig, grüner Apfel, erfrischend, dezent Leder. Oxidation eher zurückhaltend. Perfekt für einen sommerlichen Frühlingstag.
