Hobsons Chase is a beer of pedigree and synergy. Our friends and neighbours at Hobsons Brewery supplied us with a Barley Wash, made using locally grown Maris Otter malting barley, which we distilled and have since spent years conditioning in oak casks as it becomes our own Herefordshire Whisky. Hobsons Chase is the blending of our very first whisky (yet to be released on the market) and Postman's Knock from Hobsons to create a superlative whisky beer. 330ml bottles. William Chase website.
