Likely 2018. Just a great drinking sour. Nice flavorful sour without a lot of acidity. The sour is a nice tasty wild sour but not acid. Drinks so well and updated for being only 4.4%.

Dropped this out of the fridge and it started to gush so I hd to drink it. Lost half of the bottle. Excellent at 4.4%. Starchy Wild sour smell. A nice drinkable. Wild saison with excellent tartness. Could drink this all summer long.

Likely 2018. A little hazy with effervescence. A nice lingering layer of head. Slight saison smell. Starts similar but ramps up quick to a nice quenching wild sour flavor in back into finish. Big nice wild sour flavors wild not being too acidic.
