Rated 5 in 2023 and 4.25 in 2025. It’s past its prime now. Now heat from the barrel which is welcomed, but traditional barleywine flavors are muted. If you have it, drink them up!

(Technically a) Post-run beer. Touch of oxidation on the nose that doesn’t appear on the palate; muted booze heat tempered by sweet, tannic fruit — this makes for a good sipper over a long stretch.
