七年左右的老酒，枫糖和香料味道还是很坚挺，蓝莓的风味需要一点时间打开，整体平衡风味表达准确不甜腻，最早接触pips 看到的老标Pancake，一直很喜欢这个酒标，也是圆梦了

Very happy that this one isn’t fading in quality over the years. Light blueberry, loads of vanilla. Maple and some cinnamon in the finish. I think this was my last pancake bottle with the old label.
