As lip-smackingly sour as you can get, the Moravian sour cherries of the Fanal variety really pack a punch. As with most of our beers, we hand-pick our cherries and add whole fruit into an ale which is already about twelve months old. After several more months we get a ripe, full flavor with a hint of oak and a long finish.
