ITALIANO - Il suo nome deriva dal miele d’erica e si presenta di color oro antico con schiuma ampia e profumata. Il naso viene invaso da aromi dove spiccano sia note di miele che un sentore di arancia amara. Di estrema morbidezza, avvolge il palato rasserenando i sensi con grande equilibrio, per chiudere in un inaspettato amaro aromatico. MIELIKA, è adatta all’abbinamento col formaggio grana, carni sapide e saporite. ENGLISH - Its name comes from heather “miele” (honey), it has an old gold color and a tall and fragrant head. When smelling it, the nose is flooded with complex aromas with clear honey notes, as well as a slight scent of bitter orange. The taste is extremely smooth and mellow, it fills the mouth relaxing the senses with great balance, and finishes with an unexpected aromatic bitterness.
